A National Wireless Telecommunications Provider wanted to assess and prioritize strategic projects coming through the pipeline. Labrynth recommended Project Identification and Prioritization as well as Project Plan Development services. Our consultants created a Project Management Framework for the organization and identified key objectives that would allow management to get a full view of all upcoming initiatives and give the project management staff the tools necessary to manage each initiative and monitor its dependencies.

The Project Management Framework defined the initiatives, dependencies, ownership, risks, and management tasks related to the strategic initiatives. Additionally, our consultants initiated several sessions of general project management knowledge transfer in order to allow the organization to build internal expertise and resources.


Labrynth delivered a comprehensive summary of all strategic initiatives, prioritization, dependencies and risk identification and associated mitigation techniques. Additionally, they provided this organization with detailed project plans for several initiatives. Based on this organization's needs, Labrynth developed an Initiative Management Tool to help track major initiative milestones, dependencies and risks. This effort also included the development of appropriate software tool user guides and training execution.
