A National Wireless Telecommunications Provider wanted to assess and prioritize strategic projects coming through the pipeline. Labrynth recommended Project Identification and Prioritization as well as Project Plan Development services. Our consultants created a Project Management Framework for the organization and identified key objectives that would allow management to get a full view of all upcoming initiatives and give the project management staff the tools necessary to manage each initiative and monitor its dependencies.
The Project Management Framework defined the initiatives, dependencies, ownership, risks, and management tasks related to the strategic initiatives. Additionally, our consultants initiated several sessions of general project management knowledge transfer in order to allow the organization to build internal expertise and resources. |
