National Wireless Telecommunications Provider

Labrynth conducted an Organizational Assessment for a national wireless telecommunications client. The assessment focused on defining and documenting the current structure of the client's Financial Services organization. Definitions included the following areas: current roles and responsibilities, incentives, and performance measures. The assessment documented the first two levels of the organization: Director and Manager. Additionally, our consultants facilitated a one-day team building session, which consisted of conveying assessment findings and defining next steps to establishing the evolving organization.
