Labrynth partnered with a national wireless provider for RFP Development to identify an enterprise-wide collections solution. This involved, not only creating and issuing the RFP itself, but also identifying and documenting high-level requirements for the solution. Our consultants leveraged their extensive collections system experience to provide input and guidance throughout the proposal lifecycle. Additional components included the development of a vendor distribution list, proposal evaluation and selection criteria, and the response process. |
