Labrynth conducted a Collections Workflow Manager Technology Assessment of the client's current workflow manager technology. The goal of the assessment was to provide the client with an evaluation of their current system, as well as a recommendation for the future, long-term workflow manager solution.

Key components of the assessment included review of existing system documentation, multiple interview sessions with key receivables, technical and management resources, and on-site visits to observe the software in a production environment.

Ultimately, the assessment resulted in a presentation of findings and recommendations, including system enhancements and business process changes, to senior management, to improve the existing software environment to meet long-term goals and business needs.
